(This is by far the best statement I’ve ever heard about fitness and nutrition)
Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat. Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C&J, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes, flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast. Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense. Regularly learn and play new sports.

The Paleo Diet comes from the paleolithic era or the stone age time, u can call it the cave man diet too, it’s one of the most simplest diets ever, i heard about it from a friend of mine who is a fitness coach then i read the paleo diet for athletes book, it’s amazing, i’ve been on it for almost 2 months now and never felt better and looked better.
The Paleo Diet includes fruits, vegetables, lean meat, sea food, nuts and seeds and that’s it:) no grains, no dairy. Of course lots of people won’t accept that but the whole idea behind it is that our bodies are designed to eat like that and will perform better in that way, all questions and answers about this diet are posted on the main site of Paleo diet. You will be shocked how healthy and beneficial it could be for u. Now a lot of top athletes are using this diet and i tried it too. It doesn’t mean that all what i said before about nutrition was wrong, on the contrary, all what i said before was healthy but if u really want to reach peak performance and fine tune your nutrition program then i highly recommend the Paleo Diet.

Sports supplements are, and should be, used by all professional athletes; the purpose of sports supplements is to enhance performance. Sometimes it’s too difficult to get all your essential nutrients from food so that’s why it’s necessary now for athletes to use supplements , there is nothing wrong about them, many old school trainers are afraid of using them. I tried them and I wish I did that earlier in my career, it really helps. Competition is too high now and being physically fit is crucial in all sports, u need extra help in order to train harder and longer. Athletes train all the time, their bodies need to be ready and fuelled always in order to work, fast recovery from intense training and matches are crucial. Sports supplements are the best to insure all that.
Here are some of the sports supplements that could help any serious athlete: antioxidants, multivitamins, protein supplements, creatine, and caffeine.
