Meal 1 (breakfast)
A bowl of oats, honey with skimmed milk and four boiled eggs (whites only)
1 orange
Meal 2 (snack)
A small sandwich (whole grain bread, cottage cheese, slices of smoked turkey and tomatoes)
Meal 3 (lunch)
Tuna pasta salad: a can of tuna in water, brown pasta, sweet corn, red kidney beans, olive oil and balsamic vinegar
Meal 4 (snack)
Protein shake or some fruits with one low fat yoghurt (0,1 fat) and 50 g of nuts
Meal 5 (dinner)
Grilled meat, chicken or fish with lots of steamed or raw vegetables
Meal 6 (snack)
Strawberries with cottage cheese or skimmed milk
This is a menu for one of my days, I eat a meal every 2 ½ to 3 hours. As soon as you understand the concept of frequent meal eating and healthy choices you will be able to mix it up and create your own menu.
