Stay fit - Stay healthy … A very short description of what I believe in. Healthy lifestyle/healthy living/exercise/sports/nutrition all these subjects become more and more discussed and debated all over the world. You find it everywhere these days: in books, TV shows, on the Internet. Personal trainers, doctors, nutritionists all over the place are talking about it, writing about it, trying to get this crucial subject to masses attention. And it is all for a very good reason, the best of all maybe: our health! Our physical condition.. whats more important than that?! Healthy living, i believe, is the KEY to feeling good and looking good! Who doesn’t want to be energetic, optimistic, able to conquer any challenge that comes his way?!
